Code of honor of the foodora Linzathlon

min. 20 obstacles – 4 rules

  • Finishing and enjoying the challenge are top priorities, not winning!
  • Safety first
  • Help when fellow campaigners need your help!
  • Behave like a real sportsman and woman, don't push yourself forward and don't hinder other participants, especially not on the obstacles.

Suggestions

clothing for the run

As with all sporting events, the right outfit is of great importance for the Linzathlon. That's why we've put together a few guidelines and tips for you:

  • Shoes: Spikes and shoes with Dobbs are prohibited. We recommend running shoes with a good profile.
  • Clothing: Of course we hope for nice weather and therefore for shorts and T-shirts. However, knee pads or knee-length trousers can prevent abrasions.
  • Gloves: We recommend at least cycling gloves so that you can overcome certain obstacles more easily and without damage.
