If there are still starting places available, you can also register at the starting number distribution point.

Re-registrations/changes are only possible when the start numbers are issued and cost €10 for the 10+ km and the 5+ km distance and €5 for the junior competitions. Thank you for your understanding!
Late entries are still possible when the start numbers are issued on site and cost €120 for the 10+ km route, €99 for the 5+ km distance and €29 for the junior competition. All prices include VAT and chip and processing fee. Registration codes and discount codes can be redeemed online during online registration (up to 2 weeks before the event, 24:XNUMX). Redemption is no longer possible on site at the start number issue! Purchased codes are also no longer valid due to organizational measures. Codes are not vouchers.

NEW CHANGE POSSIBILITIES AT BEAT THE CITY:

All changes can be made free of charge for the 2025 competitions themselves up until the registration deadline. To do this we had to disable guest login on MaxFun and you can change everything in your account.

1) Name change

  • Due to the legal framework, a “simple” change of the name is not possible.
  • You can request a name change in your account. You will then receive a coupon via email and your registration will be completely deleted.
  • You can then pass this coupon on to your replacement person.
  • This coupon is only valid for the same event (same year), it is not a voucher!

2) Change in distance

  • Change from 5km to 10km: the difference between the time of registration and the entry fee must be paid on the day of the change of registration.
  • Change from 10km to 5km: the difference will not be refunded.

3) Changes to team name/starting block/etc.

Simply log in to your account and make changes.

All changes can be made until the entry deadline.

As usual, there is a fee of €10 for changes to the start number issue (here only name changes are possible) (Juniors: €5).

Start time: ATTENTION CHANGE – 15:00 p.m

You can select your desired starting block when you register. The start number colors and blocks will be systematically checked this year so that there are no unnecessary waiting times. The exact times will be announced by email during the week of the event.

Block 1 – YELLOW (only top runners -> Info)
Block 2 – GREEN (racing -> under 1h 10min)
Block 3 – RED (ambitious -> under 1h 25min)
Block 4 – BLUE (comfortable -> under 1h 40min)
Block 5 – ORANGE (main thing is getting through -> over 1h 50min

The starting blocks are divided into waves of 80. Every block of 80 gets one fixed start time assigned. The start time will be sent to you by email after the entry deadline and also noted on the start number. Athletes who start in a team (same team name and starting block in the online registration) are assigned the same start time.

The starting area is allowed only 15 minutes off the fixed start time the betret will. If you miss your start time, you can start in an extra block of 80 after the last starting block.

We award prizes for the 10+ km route:

    • Single women 1 – 3 place*
    • Individual men 1 – 3 place*
    • Team women 1 – 3 place **
    • Team men 1 – 3 place **
    • Team Mixed 1 – 3 place **
    • Ultra Ladies 1 place
    • Ultra Men 1 place

There is no award ceremony for the 5+ km distance.

*In the individual ranking you can also see his placement in the age groups: 16-35/35-45/45-55/55+ (at the award ceremony there is only 1 overall winner across all age groups).
**From 4 participants you can start as a team, the number of team members is unlimited. For the team ranking, you can assign a common, uniform team name during registration. When registering, make sure that the team name is spelled identically!
Each runner is also included in the individual ranking.
