Start time: 13:30 p.m
You can select your desired starting block when you register. Your start time will be checked at the entrance to the start area so that there are no unnecessary waiting times. The exact times will be announced by email during the Grazathlon week.
Block 1 – YELLOW (only top runners -> Info)
Block 2 – GREEN (racing -> under 1h 10min)
Block 3 – RED (sporty -> under 1h 20min)
Block 4 – BLUE (ambitious -> under 1h 30min)
Block 5 – MAGENTA (comfortable -> under 1h 40min)
Block 6 – ORANGE (main thing is getting through -> over 1h 40min)
Every block gets one fixed start time assigned. The start time will be sent to you by email after the entry deadline and also noted on the start number. Athletes on the same team (same team name in the online registration) are considered with the same start time.
The starting area is allowed only 15 minutes off the fixed start time the betret will. If you miss your start time, you can start in an extra block of 100 after the last starting block.
Time limit:
Anyone who comes to the 20rd refreshment station (Schloßbergplatz) after 30:3 p.m. will be excluded from the ranking and have to stop the race.

Public transportation:
The Augarten is ideally accessible by bus and tram:
- From Ostbahnhof or Jakominiplatz:
- Tram line 5 (direction Puntigam) → stop Neuholdaugasse/Augartenbad → 200 m walk to the Augarten
- Tram line 4 (direction Reininghaus) → Steyergasse stop → 500 m walk to Augarten
- Bus line 34 (direction Thondorf) → stop directly at the Augarten
- From the main station:
- Tram line 4 (direction Liebenau) → stop Neuholdaugasse/Augartenbad
- Tram line 7 (direction LKH Med Uni) → stop Jakominiplatz and change to tram lines 4 or 5

By bicycle:
There are sufficient bicycle parking spaces at all entrances to the Augarten, for example in Neuholdaugasse.

During the event we offer a left-luggage office so that you can start without any worries.
Opening hours:
Open from 1 hour before the race until 1 hour after the race.
Important information for a smooth drop-off & pick-up:
- Maximum backpack size: approx. 45 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm
- Only closed luggage – open bags will not be accepted.
- Everything must be completely stowed in the luggage.

If you want to see more of Graz, then extend your E-Grazathlon weekend and benefit from the weekend package. If you stay in Graz from Thursday to Sunday, you can enjoy 3 nights but only pay for 2 nights. An unbeatable offer!

- Help when fellow campaigners need your help!
- Behave like a real sportsman and woman, don't push yourself forward and don't hinder other participants, especially not on the obstacles.
Tips
clothing for the run
As with all sporting events, the right outfit is also very important at the GRAWE Grazathlon. That's why we've put together a few guidelines and tips for you:
- Shoes: Spikes and shoes with Dobbs are prohibited. We recommend running shoes with a good profile.
- Clothing: Of course we hope for nice weather and therefore for shorts and T-shirts. However, knee pads or knee-length trousers can prevent abrasions.
- Gloves: We recommend at least cycling gloves so that you can overcome certain obstacles more easily and without damage.
