​So that the fun of the obstacle course doesn't fall by the wayside, it's worth preparing well. Targeted running training forms the foundation for every obstacle race. In combination with Functional Circuit Workout and an obstacle course specially set up for the #believebandichfit4linzathlon, this training concept creates the basis for strength, coordination and fitness.

​The common meeting point for every training appointment is the Tabakfabrik Linz. From there, the group runs together with 2 trainers (fast and slow group) to a point along the Linzathlon running route. When they arrive at the training stop, a functional circuit awaits the participants, which will be instructed by a professional team of trainers. The arm, leg and jumping strength is specifically trained to overcome obstacles in the Linzathlon. Functional tools such as battle ropes, kettlebells and sling trainers are used to intensify the training. After the functional circuit, the group runs together back to the starting point. Duration of the training: approx. 60 minutes. It is NOT necessary to have already purchased a ticket for the Linzathlon.

The focus is on having fun training together.
