Unfortunately, like the Innsbruck athletes, we have to tell you some sad news:

Of course, we have continued to closely monitor the current situation surrounding COVID-19 over the past few days and weeks. Based on the current status and our assessment of the situation, we cannot imagine that it will be possible to hold an event format in September that focuses on helping each other and working together.
The preparation time for an event of this format does not allow for a longer wait. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee implementation according to your and our ideas given the current framework conditions. With a crying eye we must

CANCEL THE LINZATHLON IN SEPTEMBER 2020

and bundle all our energy from now on for the next year.

❓WHAT HAPPENS TO THE TICKETS❓
We have thought of two options for what you can do with the starting places you have already purchased:

1) Voucher for a beat the city competition 2021 of your choice:
You will receive a voucher code with which you can register for an Athlon of your choice in 2021 (E-Grazathlon, Happy-Fit Linzathlon or Innsbruckathlon).

2) Remittance of the entry fee:
Please understand that with this variant we retain a processing fee of 10% of your paid entry fee. Our team has been busy getting the Innsbruckathlon off the ground since last summer and countless phone calls, emails, meetings, hours and expenses have flowed into this project - the processing fee helps us to cover a small part of the costs actually incurred .
Due to the increased processing effort with this alternative, MaxFun retains a processing fee of 3€.

❓ HOW DOES IT WORK❓
If you made the booking with your MaxFun account, please log in below https://my.maxfunregister.com with your access data. If you don't remember your password, please click "Forgot your password" to request a new password.
If you made the booking as a guest, please click on the link in the registration confirmation. You will then be automatically logged in to MaxFun.
Then select your desired refund option and follow the steps in the booking portal. MaxFun tries to process your transfer back as quickly as possible, but since many events are currently being canceled or postponed, please allow a processing time of around 4 weeks.

❓WHAT HAPPENS TO THE T-SHIRTS❓
To everyone who bought the Under Armor x beat the city event shirt or received it as a gift during the XMAS campaign: We will send it to you. We endeavor to send these out as quickly as possible.
