Dear Graz athletes!

The COVID-19 regulations for major events from September 1st have been relaxed, but not all rules and requirements have been clearly communicated. Added to this is the uncertain development of the last few days, which we are all following with particular attention.

We have therefore come to the conclusion that it will not be possible to safely hold a major event in September of this year, in which doing sports together and helping each other are essential motives for participation. With a crying eye we have to cancel the E-Grazathlon in September 2020 and are now pooling all our energy for the next year.

What happens to the tickets?
We have thought of two options for what you can do with the starting places you have already purchased:

1) Voucher for a beat the city competition 2021 of your choice:
You will receive a voucher code with which you can register for an Athlon of your choice in 2021 (E-Grazathlon, Happy-Fit Linzathlon or Innsbruckathlon).

2) Remittance of the entry fee (possible until September 5th, 2020):
Please understand that with this variant we retain a processing fee of 10% of your paid entry fee. Our team has been busy setting up the E-Grazathlon since last summer and countless phone calls, emails, meetings, hours and expenses have flowed into this project - the processing fee helps us to cover a small part of the costs actually incurred cover up.
Due to the increased processing effort with this alternative, MaxFun retains a processing fee of 3€.

How does it work?
If you made the booking with your MaxFun account performed, please log in below https://my.maxfunregister.com with your access data. If you don't remember your password, please click "Forgot your password" to request a new password.
If you made the booking as Guest completed, please click on the link in the registration confirmation. After that you will automatically open MaxFun logged in.

Then select your desired refund option and follow the steps in the booking portal. MaxFun tries to process your transfer back as quickly as possible, but since many events are currently being canceled or postponed, please allow a processing time of around 4 weeks.

What happens to the t-shirts?
To everyone who bought the Under Armor / beat the city event shirt or received it as a gift during the XMAS campaign: We will send it to you. We endeavor to send these out as quickly as possible.
